GoodWe-LetMeRepair strategic service alliance: peace of mind for our customers in Poland!
Poland is one of Europe’s rapidly growing PV markets. As part of our commitment and development into major European markets, we are thrilled to announce the establishment of a strategic and comprehensive technical service partnership with the experienced and highly reputed technical service company LetMeRepair. LetMeRepair will be working with us to provide GoodWe customers in Poland with 1st level technical support and will be supported by GoodWe’s 2nd level technical services team. As part of this partnership, LetMeRepair will be offering email and telephone assistance for post sales related inquiries. Troubleshooting and onsite telephone assistance are two of the many services that LetMeRepair will offer to customers installing GoodWe inverters.
