GoodWe & BYD are jointly conducting energy storage products roadshow across Australia, covering Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth. The storage package offers home and small commercial owners affordable solutions to further reduce electricity bills up to 0 cost!
Mike Zhang, Technical Engineer of GoodWe Australia has delivered intimate knowledge to installers from Brisbane and Sydney. Today, he is sharing detailed knowhow in Melbourne by introducing both residential and commercial storage solutions coupled with GoodWe’s ES & ET battery inverters and SBP AC-coupled retrofit device. GoodWe ES and SBP series are fully compatible with BYD B-box LV while three-phase ET series is compatible with BYD B-box HV for both on and off-grid applications.
Covering a power range of 5 Kw to 10 kW, the new three-phase high voltage energy storage inverter GoodWe ET Series allows 30% DC oversizing to fully maximize yield during extreme hot and cold weather and features a wide battery voltage range of 180 – 550 V to provide flexibilities and compatibilities with different type of lithium battery for end users. Furthermore, it is specially designed that the instant peak output of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) function can be boosted up to 100% oversizing for 60 seconds to fulfil the needs of inductive loads such as air conditioners or refrigerators which requires strong current for startup. The inverter is also built-in with open-protocol EMS communication system as it ensures interconnections between grid companies and batteries to dispatch electricity freely, Moreover, it offers the compatibility to authorized third party monitoring system.
More than 70 installers turned up for the roadshow in Melbourne likewise for the event in Brisbane and Sydney. The trainings focus on technical details including GoodWe & BYD battery products installation, maintenance and commissioning.
